General Conditions of Use

Pursuant to Law 3/2014 of 27 March, which modifies the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users, in force in Spain as of 13 June 2014, ANUSCAS FAMILY is subject to the following general conditions:

2. PAYMENT INFORMATION, SHIPPING COSTS, AND VAT. You can pay for your order by credit card. The payment methods offered on anuscasfamily.com do not incur any additional costs or surcharges for the end customer.

Shipping costs for the Spanish Peninsula are €6. For the Balearic Islands, €7.50, for Ceuta and Melilla, €25, and for the Canary Islands, €9. The shipping costs described above apply to all other provinces. The Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla are not part of the EU customs territory, so shipments may be subject to taxes and/or customs duties. In most cases, fees are collected upon delivery of the package, although you may receive an email notification asking you to come in person to pay these fees in order to receive your package. Fees may vary depending on the weight/value of the package.

For shipments within the European Union, please send an email to info@anuscasfamily.com specifying the model you prefer, and we will inform you of the shipping costs.

The prices shown in the store include the 21% VAT currently in force in Spain, which will apply only to the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands. For the provinces of Ceuta and Melilla, and the Canary Islands, the VAT will be 0%, and will be deducted from the final invoice prior to payment.
