General Terms and Conditions of Purchase
These General Terms and Conditions of Contract regulate the contractual relationship between Anuscas Family SL (hereinafter, ANUSCAS FAMILY) and users who purchase products through the website.
Acceptance of these conditions implies their reading, understanding, and express acceptance by the customer during the purchase process.

2. CONTRACT PURPOSE: The purpose of this contract is the sale of products offered by ANUSCAS FAMILY through its online store, in accordance with the conditions established herein.
3. PURCHASE PROCESS: To make a purchase, the user must select the desired products and add them to the cart. Once the selection is complete, the user must fill in the requested data, expressly accept these General Terms and Conditions of Contract, and proceed with payment using one of the available methods.
Once the order is confirmed, the customer will receive a confirmation email.
4. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY: All orders are subject to product availability. In case of unforeseen unavailability, the customer will be informed and the amount paid will be refunded.
5. PRICES, TAXES AND VAT: Product prices are expressed in euros (€) and include legally applicable taxes.

In Peninsula and Balearic Islands, prices include 21% VAT.
Prices do not include any applicable taxes, duties, or tariffs for international shipments or territories outside the peninsular tax scope, which will be borne by the recipient.

- International: automatically calculated during the purchase process.
For international orders, taxes, fees, or tariffs are not included in the final price.
6.3 Delivery Time. The usual delivery time is 3 to 5 business days, except in cases of force majeure or periods of high demand.
7. PAYMENT METHODS: Accepted payment methods are:

No additional surcharge will be applied for the use of these payment methods.
8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL: In accordance with current regulations, the customer has a legal period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal without needing to provide justification.
ANUSCAS FAMILY voluntarily extends this period to 20 calendar days from the date of purchase, as a commercial improvement.

9. RETURN CONDITIONS:
- The product must be returned in perfect condition, unused and with its original packaging.
- It will be essential to present a proof of purchase.
- Return costs will be borne by the customer, except in case of error or defective product.

10. REFUNDS: Once the merchandise is received and reviewed, ANUSCAS FAMILY will proceed with the refund of the corresponding amount within a maximum period of 7 to 10 business days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
