Returns

At Anuscas Family, we want your experience to be as simple as possible. Therefore, we offer two ways to manage your returns:

You have 20 days from the date of purchase to request a return.
From December 9th, you can return your purchases until January 11th. We want you to enjoy your gifts without rushing.
It is essential to present the proof of purchase.
After this period, no exchanges or returns will be accepted.
The product must be in perfect condition, unused, and with its original packaging.

The return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in case of error or defective product.
Once the merchandise has been received and checked, we will proceed with the refund within a maximum of 7-10 business days.
